How Do I Use My Truncheon?

1. Place the head of the probe into the solution for 1-2 minutes so that the temperature of the probe and the liquid are the same. Remove probe.
2. Place the probe back into the solution. The LED lights will indicate the nutrient levels
3. Rinse probe and replace cap. That’s it!

Delivery Information

UK Mainland --- Orders are sent directly from Maidenhead Berkshire via MyHermes courier service.

Non UK Delivery (Europe only) --- We deliver to other European destinations via Royal Mail Airmail service with post certificate issued from Post Office. International signed for is also available according to customer’s request.  For international delivery, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until at least 28 working days after despatch. Therefore please kindly wait for 28 working days after payment date before contacting us regarding undelivered Royal Mail items.

Return Information

Returns are accepted if item proves faulty and is returned to us in its original package within 7 days from receipt. A replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available then a full refund will follow. Please email us as soon as possible and we can provide you with correct return address.
