• Shipping and Handling Fee for this item is P60 within Metro Manila and P150 for Rizal, Tunasan, Greenwoods and all Provincial addresses.
• All orders are typically shipped within 1 business* day via Quick-E Parcel for Metro Manila and LBC or JRS for Provincial addresses. Please allow 4-5 business* days transit time for delivery from dispatch date.
• Please note that we have no control on delays brought by courier. *Weekends and holidays are not business days.
• Shipping cost to be shouldered by buyer unless stated otherwise
• ODA - Out of Delivery Areas Please advise us ahead of time if you believe that LBC and JRS won’t be able to cater to your area as we have no way to check on it. Return packages due to **incorrect/incomplete address, house closed reasons are subject to reshipping costs. **Please insure your ebay/ addresses is updated to avoid hassles.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Payment is expected within 5 business days of auction end.
• We STRICTLY ship to the address you provide when you check out using. Please insure that this is the address you want it shipped to.
• We accept: Paypal*, Metrobank, BPI, BDO, Security Bank, GCash, LBC, and Smart Money. We will only ship to your ebay address on file. Kindly change it prior to buying. 
• *We reserve the right to cancel/reject purchases paid via Paypal if buyer requests to ship other than the indicated address in Paypal.
• We do combine shipping, as long as it fits pouch and doesn't exceed the 1kg allowable weight. Email or text us with items and location for an exact quote or send us an invoice request when you are ready and we will send you an invoice with the exact shipping cost.

    TERMS and CONDITION

• Shades may look different due to computer monitor settings; the color you see on the monitor will almost never match the actual item in person; these photos are taken by a digital camera and may not show the real color of the item, they are for demonstration of the product.
• All items we sell that come in assorted colors will be shipped in random color unless we receive a request of preferred color via ebay messaging prior to paying but is subject to availability.
• Garments that require sizes and colors shall be messaged to us prior to paying, if we weren’t notified, it means that you agree we ship a medium size in nude/brown color.
• All Towels and Blankets’ designs are subject to change. We will ship designs in random with same character/shade color in picture.
• Please expect your invoices sent to your email to a max of 48 hours after you won it.
• Once you clicked "Buy It Now", please be aware that you are entering into a contract to purchase this item and that you agree to all of our policies regarding this item.
• Unpaid Item Cases will be opened to all non-paying bidders.

RETURNS

• We accept returns, ONLY IF, we made any gross misrepresentation of the item.
• We’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.
• We do not pay for return shipping.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., you receive the wrong item, item is faulty-should be informed to us immediately upon receipt)
