Pinlock information;

​Pinlock® Inserts are designed to fit between two small eccentric pins located in your visor, please make sure your visor is Pinlock prepared before ordering. The pins in your visor can be adjusted to tighten or loosen the fitment of the Pinlock insert. Please always remove the protective film (yellowish colour) before use.

Pinlock® Fog Resistant Visor inserts ensure you have a clear view whatever the weather conditions. Pinlock® is created out of a moist absorbing plastic and the silicone seal on the Pinlock® creates an air tight double visor. It is easy to fit - placed between two adjustable pins - and the system is interchangeable making it easy to switch visor inserts when the weather changes.

Pinlock® Can be used all year round during hot and humid conditions and wet, cold periods and makes riding with a completely closed visor entirely possible without any visor misting.

If you have a problem, are unhappy with your purchase, or have just changed you mind we will accept the item back for a full refund or exchange if preferred. You can return any item within 90 days and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number, please contact us via ebay returns before returning your goods.

When you are returning an item to us we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

All returns will need to be sent back unused* and in a saleable condition** in their original condition & packaging.

** Saleable Condition - Items must be in same condition as they were sent. This includes packaging, bags, documentation protective films etc. If this is not the case The Helmet Shop may charge for repackaging or refuse the accept the return.

* Unused Condition - Visors & Pinlocks can be returned if they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and there protective films are still attached. Helmets can only be returned if all protective films & tags are still attached.
