This is a previously worn/owned item that is in overall good/great condition, it does have a small small hole in the front collar.  This is a Youngstown State Penguins 12MO Baby Romper.  It measures aprox 10.5 inches in width and aprox 15 inches in length.  It is made by Ourway Sportswear and is 100% Cotton.  It has Youngstown State and a Bear holding a Penguins pennant on the front of the romper.  This is a great rare item that is perfect for your little Penguins fan.
