As the pictures show, this listing is for a fantastic coin, it is an authenticated-as-genuine-by-NGC 1943 Lincoln Head steel cent, with a capped die obverse mint error, having what basically amounts to no design details at all on the obverse - - while having full wheat ears on the reverse.  There is some environmental damage on the coin - - which is noted on the slab - - but NGC also graded it as having almost uncirculated details.  Given the year, which would not be identifiable except for the fact the coin is a steel cent, this has to come very close to the "Holy Grail" of all capped die obverse errors for a Lincoln Head wheat cent.  This is not merely an exceptional capped die Lincoln Head wheat cent error.  This is a steel cent and the year of mintage cannot be identified except by that fact.  I don't think joethecoinguy has ever offered anything more interesting!  Please judge the condition of the coin by the pictures.
