LEWMAR REPLACEMENT SHEAVES FOR OCEAN and NTR (New Traveller Range) GENOA CARS

Ocean For Sizes 1, 2 & 3

• Ocean Size 1 and 2 sheaves are the same size; 54 mm dia' x 35 mm wide x 11 mm bore
• Size 1 are assembled & riveted (you will need to do a bit of engineering )
• Size 2 & 3 are assembled with bolts
• These are Mk 2 sheaves for the Size 1 & 2 which have a 11mm bush with 2 countersunk machine screws in both ends
• Mk 1 can be identified as they have a countersunk bolt and a half nut, though a larger diameter bush; the solution here is to buy the Mk 2 bush and machine screws
• Ocean Size 3 sheaves are 70 mm dia' x 45 mm wide x 20 mm bore 
• These run on a stainless bush, but the bushes are not included (except where specified) as it is generally only the plastic sheave which develops a flat spot
• I am selling what you see although they are now black not dark grey

• I have also listed the later NTR/HTX type stirrups as these will also fit on Ocean sliders

NTR & HTX Size 2 sheaves are 70mm dia' x 45mm wide x 20mm bore 

and you will need to remove the rivet and replace with bush & bolts
