We offer free expedited shipping (within the USA) on nearly all our items. We do not charge for shipping materials or handling. For non-free shipping methods, if we get a better shipping rate than what you paid, we will refund the difference!

We buy things online, too, and know you want your purchase as soon as possible. We make an effort to get all packages out within the same business day if paid by 2PM Pacific Time.

Getting a broken item sucks, so we want to make it easy for you to get a refund. Send us the defective part, and a new one will be sent to you. If we can't replace it, you get a refund.
