Published in 1886 by The Chronicle Co., Limited, New York. This is a VERY SCARCE book.
This is an ex-library book with several stickers along the front end pages (see photo #3 above(). There is also some white ex-library writing on the front board (see photo #1).
Overall, the book is in Acceptable Condition. There is no jacket. The boards have stains, scratches and browning. There is scuffing along the edges and the corners. The spine is peeling and fraying, with a few tears in the middle. The front board is loose and you can see the internal webbing from the front end pages. There is pencil writing in the book by a previous owner.
There is some wear and browning to the pages. There are also some chips and tears on some of the pages. A few of the pages remain uncut (see photo #9 above).
