PAYMENT
 
Ø We accept payment via Paypal, Bank deposit and COD.

Ø To avoid delays, please use your eBay ID as reference for payments via direct deposit. Please note that payments by direct deposit can take up to two working days to be received into my account.

Ø To avoid an unpaid item dispute, all payments must be received within 4 days from the end of auction or purchase date. Our system is set to automatically open a non-payment case after 4 days. Nothing personal but this allows us to get the ebay final value fee back and relist the item. If you need more time to pay, please just let us know. We’re always happy to help if we know what’s happening.

POSTAGE

Ø Postage is via Australia Post.

Ø Orders are normally posted within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment (If the auction ends on a weekend or public holiday, the item/s are posted first thing on the next business day).

Ø You will be notified when your item has been posted.

Ø Please allow the following times for delivery:

Ø Approximately 1 - 6 business days for standard delivery within Australia.
Ø Approximately 1 - 3 business days for express delivery within Australia.
Ø Up to 20 business days for international delivery

Ø All care is taken in packaging your item. I can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged by Australia Post.
