Items advertised as tested/working and are DOA we shall either refund or exchange the item once it has been returned to us within 7 days of your receipt. The buyer is to cover the cost of any return postage.

Postage non refundable, 25% Restocking fee if item is returned.

All return postage to be bourne by buyer.

All products are security marked and photographed, anyone returning anything other than what was purchased

will be reported to the authorities immediately without warning.

1 MONTH WARRANTY

Warranty does not cover accidental/malicious damage.

The item must be returned, as received and only after contact has been made and return has been agreed. The buyer is to cover the cost of any return postage. Best efforts are made to either repair any reported fault or replace the item in as little time as possible to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. The choice to repair or replace an item is at our discretion.
