 1.     We are overjoyed and grateful our customers love our products. Your trust in us allowed us not only to expand, but forced us to grow! During this growth, and our busy season, ORDERS MAY TAKE 7-10 DAY LONGER TO SHIP DUE TO HIGH-DEMAND AND SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS. We ask for patience as we rise to the challenges ahead of us. And rest assured we will get your items to you ASAP!

 

2.     At Steelenggolfcart, we strive to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, occasionally the image of an item, its description or available quantities may appear different online than the actual item. We reserve the right to contact you post-purchase in regard to a newly out-of-stock product and will provide, to the best of our ability, an appropriate timeline for when that product will be in-stock.

 

3.     If you have a YAMAHA GOLF CART, you will need METRIC lug-nuts. We will not know you need metric unless you contact us. ****PLEASE REMIND US IF YOU NEED METRIC LUG-NUTS during checkout in the Buyer’s Notes or message us on EBay. Otherwise, standard lug-nuts will be shipped. It is an additional $15 charge for us to re-ship the metric lug-nuts to you.

 

4.     We work with FedEx and USPS to deliver our products. They have their own polices and procedures of operation. The products being purchased are subject to the policies of those merchants. Those policies regard, but are not limited to, shipping delays, tracking number issues, tracking history updates, lost/stolen products, refunds, shipping rates, etc. **Please refer to their websites for further information.**

 

 

5.     When tracking an order, Ebay typically provides one tracking number (master tracking number). You can go to Fedex.com, enter that tracking number, scroll down, and see the other tracking numbers for your order. Please refer to this BEFORE contacting us about tracking.           ****This applies to combo orders too.****

 

6.     Combos do ship out separately as all wheels/tires are mounted to order and accessories are assembled separately. PLEASE ANTICIPATE YOUR ITEMS ARRIVING AT DIFFERENT TIMES.

 

7.     We are not currently doing exchanges. For order and refund consistency, if an incorrect product is ordered please us the returns module on EBay or our website. If you are returning an entire combo order, please use the same modules. ****If you are returning part of a combo order on EBay, please CONTACT US for assistance and do not use the EBay returns module, as you will have to return the entire order.****

 

8.     In order to receive your FULL REFUND, please read this!!!! If you are returning wheels/tires, please stack the first wheel/tire face down, then added a secured box/bag of lug-nuts, stack the next three wheels/tires all facing up. If your order came with two boxes of wheel/tires, then please stack the wheels back-to-back with the lug-nut box secured in between. Loose lug-nuts risk damaging the wheels and damaged returned products will not receive a full refund.

 

9.      If your order is outside of the contiguous 48 states of America, we will be in contact regarding additional shipping cost. **Please note shipping cost is subject to change upon location and third-party shipping rates.**
