Unisex, is suitable for both man and lady. Screw on. as you can see in the pictures, you can wear it both front side(superman) and back side (plain) facing front. Surgical steal is good for most sensitive ears.
Please be aware that some of the screw bars are on the front side as shown in the pictures while some are on the back side. This doesn't impact wearing.
