Meet the world’s only Weighted Compression Gear. The TITIN Force™ Shirt System consists of the Medically Graded Waterproof and Submersible Iso-Gels (for training in all weather conditions including swimming), the 14-pocket Inner Compression Shirt and the Compression Cover Shirt. See detailed description of the system below.
The TITIN Force™ Shirt System is a three part hyper gravity system. The first part of the system is the 8 pounds of weighted Waterproof Iso-Gel Inserts. The second part is a 14-pocket inner compression shirt. The third part is the outer compression shirt. Gels are strategically placed over large muscle groups evenly distributing the weight throughout the upper body.
The TITIN Force™ Shirt System can help boost the efficiency of workouts, improving speed, balance, endurance, and vertical leap.
The TITIN Force™ Shirt System allows you to move naturally without stressing or abusing your body’s joints and can be worn during most workouts and training programs. The TITIN Force™ Shirt System can also be heated or cooled for use during or after workouts. The hydro-gel inserts will stay hot or cold for 35-45 minutes.

Cooling Instructions: Insert gels into a clean, sealed bag and place in freezer for at least 2 hours. Gels can be stored in freezer until ready to use. Gels will remain flexible when frozen.
Heating Instructions: Microwave each individual gel pad for 15-20 seconds per side. Remove carefully from microwave as gels may be extremely hot. Total heating time not to exceed 40 seconds per gel pad. Gels should be warm to the touch not Hot. Overheating can cause severe burns.
To clean the 8 pound gels, we recommend the following:
- Do not wash the gels in the washing machine.
- Wipe the fabric with water on one side (using clean sponge is recommended) and let it dry. Then, turn the gel on the other side, wipe it and let it dry as well.
- Once gels are completely dry insert them into the pockets and you are good to go.
14 Gel pieces and weighs approximately 8lbs.
