Dried american shrimp tends to be sweeter and less salty than ones from China.It 's incredibly flavorful and makes a great addition to soups. It is lightly sweet, mildly salty and neutral in nature.

Storage Conditions:  Clean, Ventilating, Dry Place. Must be refrigerated.It can be kept in the lower part of the refrigerator,but to maintain best color and flavor,keep in the freezer, can be kept in the freezer for 1 year.
