HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
If you have fallen in love with this design, just follow these simple steps to place your order:
1. Select the required quantity and proceed to check out!
2. Send us an email with your wedding information. (If the design includes a picture, you can also attach it on your eBay message. We will crop it and edit it for you!)
3. We will get back to you within 48 hours with your online samples. (We offer unlimited revisions so you can tweak the samples as much as you want until you are 100% happy!)
4. Once you are 100% happy with the online samples we will print, pack and post to you!
5. Relax, your Sugar Crush products are on their way to you. One less thing to think about!
DESIGN AND PERSONALISATION OF MY ORDER:
Can I change the colour of the design I choose? All our designs are available in many different colours and colour combinations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can I have a different language on my wedding invitations? We are more than happy to print your invitations in a foreign language. The text for invitation must be supplied electronically. Please, be particularly careful when checking proofs as we only speak English, Catalan and Spanish!
Do your invitations come with envelopes? All our invitations come with envelopes. If you wish to change the colour of the envelopes provided there might be a one-off charge of £10 for this service if we don't stock the required colour.
I would like to add other stationery with my main invite. How do I do this? We have tonnes of wedding products to combine with your main invite like info cards, menu cards, honeymoon wish poems, place cards, table plans and table numbers, timelines, etc.
We can also make our selection of wedding favours match your invitation or colour theme. You will fall in love with what we can do, so don't be shy and ask away!
How long before I receive my order? You should expect to receive your order approximately 2-3 working days from the date you agreed for the online samples to be printed off.
How will my order be delivered? We post all our wedding products with Royal Mail First Class and Parcel Force. Please keep in mind once we have handed your parcel to Royal Mail or Parcel Force, any delays are totally out of our control, so if you think your order is taking too long to arrive to you after it has been marked as dispatched, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
How much is delivery? We offer a FREE delivery service on all our UK Mainland orders for wedding stationery and wedding favours and most of our decorations!
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, all our products are available for delivery outside the United Kingdom from 24.50 pounds.
