1) All my rings are handmade and I need time to make them.

Usual term to finish and ship your order (after payment) is 1-2 working days (except weekends). Sometimes, if I have many orders, the term could take up to 4-5 working days (except weekends)! I do my best with each single order to make it with the best quality! 

I am very expecting of your understanding and patience.

2) If you have any questions: doubts, worrying, etc. etc.... Please, contact me first before complain or open case in eBay.

I guaranty, same day reply and solve all problems with your order like: Delay or Loss your order, Combine shipping, Make any special size, Quality, Exchange product, Refund ......any any any questions or problems with your order.

Because, if you open case in eBay, you lower my rating, reputation, bring me much trouble, steal my time which I will better use to make orders. I very hope you will be patient.

3) ABOUT SHIPPING, NOTE: I use state post service, (it is not express DHL which price is €25 for the same letter I send by state post service for €1.55) Usual transit shipping term within EU 10-20 working days (except weekends). Worldwide 15-27 working days (except weekends). If you want DHL, contact me, please.

If you need your order urgent, for any special event: contact me and I will do my best to make and ship your ring as fast as possible :)

4) IF you do not get your order within of 25 working days (from the day of shipping)I guaranty to make new rings as replacement and ship for free or refund money.
