When items are not posted back at the condition was sold or anything more, box and item is inspected by the local police station and a report is filed for violation of the international electronic trade.the report ,after been translated , is been notify to the authorities(ebay-paypal) and the police station its self makes an international report on buyers name.This procedure is been followed twice in the past and finally money stay on me.  
Refund on items price, not on the amount was charged for the shipping cost.
