Damaged
Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during
shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the
carrier and contact us ASAP.

However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees charged by your government customs department or postal office, should they be incurred.
Returns: In
order to process a return. You have 30 days after receiving the item to
process the request for a return. We allow a return but a restocking
fee of a 20% will apply. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we
will resolve the issue immediately.
