● Although we all live in Europe (we ship from Portugal), customs service can differ depending on the country you live on. They can inspect random post parcels so please be reasonable if your order gets delayed more than usual. This customs control needs to be done, as you surely understand.

● Most of the times we ship on the same day or the next day after we receive payment. We are very professional and fast however, in some ocasions, carriers can delay your order for a lot of reasons beyond our control. Also, the ebay estimate delivery time can sometimes be unrealistic. Please try to understand and if you have any problem with receiving your order, don't hesitate to try and communicate with us.

Return Policy

● Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order. However, shipping costs are buyers responsability. Only accepted if unworked and unused.
