Most parcels require a signature on delivery. You can request us not to require a signoture. However, if the parcel tracking states as delivered and you have not received your parcel, we will not be liable.
If you have failed to collect your parcel at the post office within the given timeframe and it returns back to us, there will be a $15 restocking fee.
International customers: You may be liable for local customs charges
