The ShurLok II uses a state-of-the art, patented system with two sets of combinations. The first combination releases the shackle while the second combo opens the key storage door. These are much more robust than other brands of lockboxes.

**If there is a problem with your order please contact us before opening a case or leaving a negative rating.  Whatever your problem may be, we'll strive to fix it. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for forgotten combinations, but if you send your lock to the manufacturer (see below) they can reset the lock for you.

If you do need to make a return we will provide cash back upon return of your item, unless it is apparent the problem has been caused by the user. But if you'd rather have a replacement you can obtain a replacement through the manufacturer, FJ Martin Security. If you feel your lock is defective then they will replace the lock unless it is apparent the problem has been caused by the user.
