PAYMENTS and REFUNDS are made through eBay Managed payments

 Package ships NEXT BUSINESS DAY after payment clears.  Buyers have five (5) days in which to purchase their item …or combined---eligible--- items.  If you require additional time--- message me via eBay.  After eight (8) days, Buyers may be subject to an Unpaid Item Case, unless the Buyer requests a cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you decide you don’t want your order and haven’t yet submitted payment, please request a Cancellation --- which will be accepted.   Otherwise, Ebay will open an Unpaid Item Case If payment isn’t received after eight (8) days.

REFUNDS:

The Enchanted Cottage offers a money-back or replacement guarantee (inventory permitting).   For example…if Tracking Information… indicates that your package was NOT delivered, the Enchanted Cottage will either refund your total purchase price or replace your item…. if inventory permits. 

If your eBay ADDRESS OF RECORD in incorrect or insufficient, USPS will probably return it to the Enchanted Cottage.  At that time, your costs will be refunded and you may re-purchase it if you so choose.  You must ensure your eBay address of record is correct.

On June 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in favor of a case (the state in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc)  to allow taxation on remote sales (online sales). This means that many states now require sales tax to be collected for them.
