(Starlighttheclown): It is a great balloon pump! I have gone through quite a few battery powered balloon pumps in the years I've been clowning. Some have been better than others. This pump has proven to be the best one yet! It is lightweight, runs for a really long time on a single charge, and is not too terribly loud. It may be too loud for balloon busking at a fine restaurant, but I used it at a Chick-fil-a restaurant on Kids Night all the time and no one was ever bothered by it. I can imagine that if you do restaurant work you'd just have to see if it presented a problem for the guests, servers, and management on a case-by-case basis. For birthday parties, fairs, festivals and the like, it is wonderful! I have used for as long as 6 straight hours of continuous use on a single battery charge! And I do mean CONTINUOUS USE without a break! I did buy the extra battery, just to be sure I always have a spare, but so far, I have not needed to use it. The price is right, too. I have only experienced one very small insignificant problem and that is a couple times while on a gig, I must have pulled a little too hard on the hose and it became detached from the power source. But all I had to do was unzip the bag and reattach the hose and all was fine and good again. No other problems! I highly recommend this pump!
