Item will be carefully packed and shipped by Royalmail or Hermes Service:

Royal mail 48 --aiming to delivery with 48 hours, but normally delivery around 3 working days , please do contact us if you have not received item after one week since we mark shippment of your item.

Hermes tracked -- aiming to delivery around 3-5 working days, with tracking record for every parcel. 

We currently dispatch most of our parcel same day of clearing payment before 12 PM.

International buyer please do contact me first before buying/place bid otherwise we have the right to cancel your bidding without notice.

We offer same postage to all buyers in UK but for some remote places or UK islands or post code which Royalmail ask for more postage charges, it is buyer that should pay for extra postage charges although we have not mark/point out these specific places/post code.

14 days return if there's default on item, please kindly note that reasons like "do not like or not as I image" are not accepted.please keep item in re-salable condition as you received, we'll issue full/partial refund after we check parcel, refund will be issued within 3 working days.
