4. Approve the proof to start production.

ARTWORK
We accept .jpg .gif .png .doc .eps .psd & .ai file formats. Please supply images at 37mm x 37mm, at 300dpi. This includes the "bleed" area that wraps around the edge of the badge. The visible area will be 25mm diameter in the centre of the image - there should be no important information outside this area. If you are supplying files from Illustrator/Photoshop, please remember to outline/rasterize fonts and embed images where necessary. When designing your badge we do not recommend that circles or circular text are used close to the edge of the badge, as this can accentuate any slight movements during production and will make your designs appear off-centre. Please do not place critical text within 3mm of the edge of the badge. If you have any further questions about supplying artwork, please email us.

If you haven't any artwork and just require text, generic pictures etc let us know and we may be able to design something for you.

We will not reproduce any copyrighted or licensed imagery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any imagery supplied to us.

DELIVERY DATES – PLEASE READ
When you purchase from us, ebay will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your badges. This is an automated process that ebay has in place which assumes we will post your badges straight away and does not take into account that these are made to order, with time needed to receive approval before going into production. Therefore our delivery dates will usually be later than the estimated dates (depending how long the approval process takes). If needed for a certain date please email us and we'll do our very best to get them to you in time.
