What your wall sticker can be applied to:

• Matt painted walls

The Essentials:

1. Your wall must be a matt painted finish.

(We cannot be held responsible if the sticker comes away from the wall if your wall isn't matt painted)

2. Your wall has been left for 3 weeks to dry. This is absolutely essential.

3. Please ensure that you leave the sticker rolled flat for 24 hours after taking it out of the tube. Please ensure after 24 hours that the sticker doesn't roll back on itself otherwise it may encourage the sticker to come away from the wall and we cannot be held responsible for this.

4. This is item is for a one time installation, they can be removed but they cannot be reused.

Shipping info:

• Our parcels are shipped via a 2-3 day shipping service unless the express delivery option has been selected.
• You will need to sign for the item upon delivery so someone will need to be at home. You are given an estimated delivery date so please ensure you make the arrangements so the item can be delivered.
• A maximum of 3 attempts will be made to deliver your item, if you are not home on the 3rd and final attempt then the item will be returned back to us. If this happens you will need to pay for the shipping again which is a cost to us of £2.99. If you decide you want a refund then this amount will be deducted from the original amount to cover the costs we have had to pay. Tracking is uploaded to your order details so it is your responsibility to ensure that item can be signed for on arrival.
• Any damages that may occur due to the poor handling of a courier must be reported to us as well as a photo of the damage.

Defects and other issues with the item:

If your item is damaged please send a photo of any defects before using the item. If you fail to report any defects before you install it the item then this will effect your guarantee.

We cannot be held responsible if any paint comes away from the wall when removing the item.

Returns:

You can return your item within 30 days of receipt, however the return must be accepted by using the eBay returns process.

If you are returning your item because you no longer want it then the item must not have been used and returned back to us in it's original packaging and contents.

When the item has been returned a full refund will be given providing the item is in perfect condition and all it's contents.

Shipping is non refundable, this includes any shipping costs that incurred purchasing the item and returning the item.
