Products Manufacturing Details & Materials

Corn Hole Board Materials:
- Elite grade (better than cabinet grade!) Spruce 1x4 (20% lighter and still regulation size) and 2x4 frames
- Elite grade (better than cabinet grade!) 1/2" Birch Plywood
- All boards have been finished by filling all holes/gaps with wood putty and sanding to a smooth finish.

Corn Hole Board Features:
- All of our cornhole board listings include a set of 2 boards (excluding wholesale listings).
- Regulation size 24" by 48" with a 6" diameter hole
- Hand crafted by our cornhole professionals right here in the USA
- ACA (American Cornhole Association) Certified
- Legs fold up under boards and are secured with carrage bolts, washers and wing nuts.

- We add 2 coats of Minwax Polycrlic High Gloss Clear Coat to give your boards a long life

Painted Boards & Painted Frame Details:
- We use Behr Premium Plus Outdoor Semi-Gloss (Water Based) paints and primers.
- We apply 2 to 4 coats of paint to ensure good coverage.
- One coat of Minwax Polycrlic high gloss clear coat is applied to ensure long life.

Prints/Wraps/Decals Only:
- All Print/Wrap/Decal listings includes 2 prints
- All designs are printed on high quality 3 year vinyl with top quality Mimaki CMYK Ink
- You MUST apply a water based clear coat after applying wrap to board to protect the print. Always ensure the board surface is extremely smooth and clean before applying wrap to boards.

Manufacturing Time:
Our goal is to get all orders out as fast as possible (typically 1 to 4 days), but that's not always the case. There are many factors to consider that may delay your order. Some of these factors include weather, delivery days, material delays and order queue. All orders are processed in order from when they were placed, if you would like expedited processing, contact us for a quote.

Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (Ground for Business addresses). FedEx Home Delivery service delivers Monday through Saturday. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays or major holidays.

All shipments are insured and safely packaged with bubble wrap in double walled corrugated boxes.

Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can submit a claim to FedEx. We will immediately send out a replacement item for you (FedEx will come and pickup the damaged item for inspection).
