So why buy from us... well, for starters we're not a massive multinational company with plans to take over the world. We're a little bike shop based in Crowborough in East Sussex in the UK. When you contact us, one of us in the shop will get back to you. We have a great knowledge base (built up from servicing bikes for so long!) so you will be speaking to someone who know's what they are talking about! So fire across any technical questions you have and we'll do our best to answer them.
Our workshop regularly services Rock Shox and Fox forks, Hope, Avid and Shimano brakes, as well as conducting all types of general bike maintenance. We also sell a full range of bikes, spares, components and accessories so if there is anything you need that you can't find online, please get in touch.
Delivery
All items sent to UK addresses can be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post (Free) Royal Mail 1st Class post or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Prices for 1st Class and Special Delivery can vary depending on the item being purchased.
All items sent to European and Worldwide locations are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. Prices vary depending on the size and weight of the item being sent.
In nearly all cases if you place your order by 2.00pm your ordered items will be sent out to you the same day. We send out orders every week day. If you place your order over the weekend it will be despatched on Monday.
