2015 P&D $1 Dwight Eisenhower Presidential Dollar 2-coin Uncirculated Encapsulated

Business Strike Uncirculated Coins in Crystal Clear Coin Capsules!

Description

This two coin set includes one 2015-P and one 2015-D new, uncirculated Dwight Eisenhower Presidential Dollar coins.  These are business strikes, from U.S. Mint numismatic mint rolls.  As with all business strike coins, some production marks are to be expected from contact during machine handling and wrapping the rolls.  Business strikes are circulation quality coins.  However, presidential dollars are no longer minted for circulation.  Though they are United States legal tender coins, they are never released for circulation.  A limited number are minted each year for collectors and investors.

Each Presidential Dollar coin presents a portrait of the president being honored on the obverse side, and large, dramatic artwork featuring the Statue of Liberty on the reverse side.  The coins are clad in manganese brass, giving them a golden color, over copper cores.  Incused edge lettering includes the year, mint mark, and motto: E PLURIBUS UNUM.

Packaging

Each coin is encapsulated in a crystal clear archival quality coin capsule.  The incused edge lettering of each coin is readable through the capsule edge.

Additional Information

OK Ranch sells fine collectible & investment coins, fine & fashion jewelry, gifts, and more through our eBay store.

Photos: When a listing offers multiples of the same coin, one coin is picked at random and photographed.  Since all coins offered in that listing are essentially identical, the coin photographed is representative of all coins offered.

Surface areas that appear black on some proof coin photos are actually highly polished, mirror-bright metal reflecting the color of the camera. We often include proof coin photos with the coin slightly tilted to better depict the mirror bright surfaces.  However, tilting the coin may resulting one side being slightly out of focus.

Our goal is to provide clear, high definition photos that accurately represent the coin(s) offered in each of our eBay listings.  Whenever possible, we use actual photos of our coins, rather than just stock artwork from the Mint.  We frequently update and upgrade the photos that appear with our listings, using improved cameras and lenses and better lighting.  We will honor your requests for additional photos as quickly as our schedule permits.
