Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
If you just have to return a purchase, your items need to arrive at our offices and be in the condition you received it in. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.

Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 14-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Rockers-and-Rebels jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
