We are Rainworth ŠKODA we have been an authorised ŠKODA Main Dealer in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire for over 40 years. We have supplied Genuine Volkswagen Group parts via mail order for over 10 years now.We have built a reputation over the years for providing excellent customer care to existing and new customers.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase if payment has been received within full prior to 11.30am (Monday - Friday). Whilst every effect is made to do this please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched

If you require something very urgently please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can work to your deadlines. We do not like having up set customers.

Shipping is free to the UK Mainland (This EXCLUDES Highlands, Isles & Ireland, A Surcharge will be applied to these areas at checkout)

Your order is sent out via courier on a 48 Hour Service we use APC&UPS. Please Note: We offer an Upgrade to 24 Hour Service (Not available to all areas, covers Mainland UK mainly and excludes Saturday and Sunday Delivery)

Please Note: The delivery time is from the item being dispatched to the time it is delivered to you not the time of the order.

For Overseas customers we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses and we will require a contact telephone number and we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties, and all items are sent out with a full invoice declaring the paid value.

If you live local to Mansfield you are welcome to come and collect your goods BUT PLEASE RING US FIRST.

Returns

We Only Accept Items For Return Within 30 Days Of Delivery

But Only If:

- The Item Is Returned In Its Original Packing With Our Original Invoice

- The Item Has Not Been Used Or Fitted

- The Buyer Has To Pay Return Postage – Unless It’s Our Mistake, We Strongly Advise Items Are Returned On A Signed For Service
