My Toppers are printed using edible inks on quality edible rice paper

Your toppers will arrive on 2 x A5 sheets.  These toppers are not cut out. Simply cut around the images with a pair of clean, dry scissors or sharp craft knife and apply them to your cakes using a little buttercream or icing

Please Note: 

Pictures printed using edible inks on Rice paper are NOT as crisp and clear as those printed onto standard white paper. This is normal as the rice paper is slightly opaque. The print will become more vibrant once the topper is added to your cake.

The toppers have a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of order. If the toppers are not to be used upon receipt they should be kept in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Returns Policy:

I cannot accept returns on personalised items, as these are made to order and therefore cannot be resold. As this is a food item and it cannot be resold, I will only accept returns if there has been a mistake made on my part or you received the product in poor condition.  I am human and on the rare occasion may make a mistake, but will always rectify this for you in a timely and professional manner

Terms & Conditions:

All of my toppers are made to order and are brand new. I do not have a stock pile of toppers.  When you receive your order, they will have a shelf life of at least 6 months as long as they are stored correctly in the resealable bag provided. Exact BBE or Use By dates will be provided upon request

 I send all items out within 2 working days from when the payment has been received. No orders will be processed until payment is final. Items purchased after 1pm Friday may be dispatched the following Monday.
My standard (free to you) postage is 2nd Class.  If you require the toppers sooner, please select the postage that best suits your needs.
Royal mail is not a guaranteed service, therefore I cannot be held responsible for any delays in arrival. First class is approx 90% next day delivery, 2nd class can take up to 4 working days 
I ALWAYS obtain Proof of Postage and will use this as evidence in any delay claims
