Our courier delivers Monday to Friday, any orders placed on a Friday using the courier service will be delivered on Monday. No Saturday service is available.

Postage and Delivery

We will try and dispatch your order as quick as possible and you will usually receive your item before the estimated delivery date.

If an item is sent out via free delivery this will usually be via Royal Mail and this service is not trackable. This service will be delivered by your postman. Delays to receiving your item can be caused by your Postman being unable to deliver your item as it is to big to fit through your letter box. This will result in a delay to your delivery and your item being returned to your local sorting depo awaiting collection from you. Please note, they do not always leave a card, which will result in the item being returned to us at a later date currently 18 days after it has arrived at the sorting depo for non-delivery. Please make sure your address is full and correct at the time of ordering. If your item has not turned up after the estimated delivery date given when placing your order, please first contact your local Royal Mail sorting depo or speak with your local postman. Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 14 days after dispatch so we have to allow this time for your item to be delivered. 

If you require your item urgently or require a trackable service then please choose the service you require before checking out as these may prove more reliable than the standard free postage option. Unfortunately sometimes items are delayed and once they have left us these are beyond our control, however we will try our very best to help and assist you.


During these unprecedented times this item could be sent from our Main business address or our Head office, which are both located within 6 miles of each other in North Cornwall. 
Please Note: Currently the estimated delivery times are not correct. Ebay are aware of the problem and are trying to fix this. You will see that an economy delivery is giving out the same date as an express next day delivery and no estimated dispatch times are shown. For this listing we have a 5 working day handling / dispatch time and if the free economy delivery is selected this is a 5 working day delivery time. We do not offer same day dispatch on this item.
