With 150w systems it allows you to run a larger area out of 1 thermostat due to the wattage being lower so you can run 24m2 compared when choosing a 150w system compare to 18m2 with 200w system it is also cheaper to buy. It is also very economical to run it is cheaper due to a lower wattage.The heat warm up time with a 150w system will take longer to get to the required heat however will still of a good speed to get to the required set heat.
