RETURN POLICY:

Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving 

Refunds will not be issued on postage for unwanted items.

PAYMENTS:

We accept Paypal payments. We will also accept postal orders and cheques. Items will only be dispatched once the cheques and postal orders have cleared.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Report damaged items as soon as possible and photograph evidence will be required before we can take any kind of action.

LOST ITEMS:

Lost item refunds will only be issued once the post office has issued us a refund.

Please report to us if an item has not arrived within 7 days of our dispatch notice from ebay

COMMUNICATION:

We attempt to answer questions within 48 hours. However if we have not replied, it could be because we have either not received your email or we have replied but the email has not reached you.
