With FedEx, EMS and DHL shipping, declaring lower value is not possible. According to FedEx and EMS, DHL shipping policy. Only the actual price must be declared. Therefore, even if you ask us for declaring lower value, if the product is being shipped out via FedEx and EMS, DHL we can't declare lower value, and custom taxes will be levied on buyer's side. RETURN
All returns should be previously discussed and agreed upon with us. When changing of buyer's mind, the restocking fee 20% and the round shipping fee are on the buyer's side.
