The frame comes with with a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce and adjust to where pressure is most exerted to provide greater comfort.

This bed also comes with a protective base board so stored items will not sit on the floor.

When you receive your item look around the box for obvious damage to the item and sign for it as damaged.

We pack our items very well, in rare instances the outside packaging could get damaged by the courier but the item inside would most likely be perfect, We would recommend to accept the delivery and then contact us if there are any issues with the product.
