Brittle in places from folds and as pictured has some tears which could be professionally repaired

Did not want to over handle this 245 year old historical document 

Has red wax seals 

Overall fair condition

Very large

Need to handle with care as some vellum brittle with age

I did not want to over work it

Has been folded up for almost 250 years

Appears to be a land deed?

Difficult to read old script 

Elizabeth's name is spelled slightly different in 2 places Abucary (Abucary?)

and Abury
