If you have previous experience, with care, these should be enough for one room. If you are not very experienced you are better with a 10 pack (see my other listings).
High quality strong sandpaper
3 x 40 Grit
1 x 80 Grit
1 x 120 Grit
I've sanded floors for 25 years (oh dear!), but as a result, I include a page on tips to ensure you dont throw money down the drain when starting sanding.
