New brass winding key that fits Edgar F. Henn standard (full size) movement clocks. These are the large Henn clocks, measuring approximately 12'' from bottom of base to top of dome.

Edgar Henn began producing anniversary clocks in 1951. By 1954, he was driven out of business due to the intense competition among German manufacturers for the American market. During those few short years, he sold clocks not only under his own name, but also under such importers as Cuckoo Clock Manufacturing Company, Euramca Trading Corporation, Forestville Clock Company, and Style King, among others. To complicate matters, other anniversary clock manufacturers also sold clocks through these same importers. Henn even sold some clocks with his trademark EHF on the back plate with movements manufactured by Uhrenfabrik Herr. And although some Henn standard clocks have some uniquely identifiable characteristics, such as a pendulum locking device built into the base that operates by moving a thin rod located on top of the base and attached to the pendulum guide cup, or finials shaped like stretched Hershey kisses with little balls at the peaks, others may not.
Here's how we can help you find the right key for your clock: Contact us, and attach a close up picture of the back plate of your clock (you do not need to remove the suspension spring guard). It should be a fairly sharp picture, but doesn't have to be perfect. If any writing on the plate is illegible from the photograph, just write it down in the text of the message. No digital camera? No problem. Along with any writing on the back plate, include a top to bottom measurement of your clock. We will reply back with the clock manufacturer's name, movement size, approximate date of manufacture, and the title of our auction if we stock a key that fits.
