RETURNS:
Returns are accepted, however buyer must contact us within 10 days of receiving product to receive return authorization number and is responsible for all shipping costs back to us (unless mistake was ours). Returns must be received within 14 days after you call and must be returned in its original condition. This means it cannot be washed, cut or altered in any way.
