Postage within the UK

• Standard delivery: postage by Royal Mail 1st Class is free (for most of the items).
• For higher value purchases (usually higher than £50) Signed For service will be used.
• Expedited delivery: choose Express Delivery (DHL Express) during the checkout. It's next day delivery and it costs £9.99 (every additional item is free, if you pay for all items with one payment).
• Shipping price is combined when all items are paid with one payment. If items are paid separately, seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.

International Combined postage

• Standard delivery: shipping and handling for the first item is £0.99, for every additional item is £0.10 up to a maximum £4.00 per purchase.
• Please pay for all your items in one payment in order to be eligible for a combined shipping offer, otherwise seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.
• Expedited delivery: you can also choose Express Delivery (DHL Express) during the checkout. Price and delivery time depends on delivery country and you can check it in "Postage and payments" tab above.

Postage within the UK

• To UK customers orders will be posted from within UK using Royal Mail 1st Class.
• If you choose Express Delivery, order will be delivered by DHL courier.

International Postage

• If you choose Express Delivery, your items will be sent from our main office in Lithuania and delivered by DHL courier.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: to save on postage costs, all international orders will be sent from Lithuania via Lithuania Post's PRIORITY Airmail service. This service is highly reliable and usually fast (please see next tab for Delivery Time information). Higher value parcels will be sent via PRIORITY Recorded Airmail and will have a tracking number. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator, e.g.:

UK Delivery

• 1st Class delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, if there are no delays.
• If order is very urgent, better choose Express Delivery - next day delivery via DHL.

International Delivery

• According to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, it should be noted that delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed.
• Delivery to countries like Russia, South America countries, etc. take longer because of strict customs inspection.
• Express Delivery (DHL Express) in EU usually takes 1 business day, outside EU 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).

Please Notice:

• Delivery time after dispatch depends only on postal operator and might be different each time as it is influenced by several factors: distance; amount of parcels that postal operators have to handle at that particular time, unexpected circumstances, etc. During peak periods delivery to any country will take longer.
• If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time or you think that something could be wrong with the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for refund or exchange;
• Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to agree on a return;
• Returns are not free, customer pays for return expenses;
• Items that you want to return must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with all labels (if they had them) attached. Copy of purchase invoice must be enclosed;
• We recommend to use registered (signed-for) postal service.
