If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.

Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived.
