SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped
via USPS during business days at 5pm PST. Orders submitted after that will be
shipped out the next business day. We do not ship during weekends or holidays.

Orders with
undeliverable shipping addresses that are returned back to us will be reshipped
to a corrected address upon buyer’s request and it will be at the buyer's
expense.

If an incorrect shipping
address is provided and the package is undeliverable, refunds will be issued
after the package arrives back to us.

Buyer will pay for their
own shipping fee. Once we received the package, refund will be issued to buyer.
There will be No restocking fee.

Packages returned back
to us for Undeliverable as addressed that are 60 days after the purchase date
may not be eligible for full refund.
For international buyers: Import duties, taxes, and other regional charges are not included in the shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If the package is returned for non-payment of customs/import fees, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges. There will be No restocking fee.
Returns
ü Buyer will pay for their own return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

Products can be
exchanged only one time within the 30 days of receiving the item. Orders older
than 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The products must be
returned in new, resalable condition with all packaging materials.

Items returned not in
original packaging or condition will be send back to the buyer (unless you are
returning a defective item in which you received defective).

can to work with you to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience.

To start a return,
please send us a message with your Order ID# and a brief
description for the return.

Once we receive your
item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after
inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to
your Paypal (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit
within a business week.
