1. Please make sure your phone is eligible for the service before you place the order:
• Your phone is locked to a particular network and you are able to enter the unlock code.
• Your phone is NOT using the device unlocking app. No refund will be given if it is.
  
  
2. After you place the order, please provide us your phone model, 15-digit IMEI & network during check out or via eBay message.
• Please obtain the IMEI by dialing *#06#.
  
  
3. The time frame for this service is 1 - 6 business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours, just in case the server undergoes maintenance, or when there is a delay due to a large quantity of orders being processed. Please make sure that you agree to this particular time frame before placing the order.
   
   
4. You will receive one of the following results from us:
• If there is a code for your IMEI, we will send it to you, along with the instructions.
• If no code is found for your IMEI, we will refund you straight without delay. Please do not leave us a neutral or negative feedback if that happens, as it is out of our control.
