Overall, the book is in Fair- Condition. The spine is broken and no longer attached to the book. Only the back board is still firmly attached, however, you can see the internal webbing from the back board. The boards have heavy wear, stains, browning, and chips. The corners are bumped and chipped.
Internally, there are 78 pages. There is wear, browning, stains, nicks and chips to the pages. Irregularly cut paper. Writing by a previous owner on several pages, including the Title page which has an ink signature. Heavy browning to the end pages.
