** If you do not have experience drilling a hole on an aquarium, please go to "youtube" and search for "drilling holes on glass Aquarium". There are many informative videos which will help your projects.

Only PayPal is accepted and we will only ship to your verified PayPal address.

Shipping Policy:

PayPal Confirmed Addresses Only.
Items will be shipped within two Business day of receiving full payment
We only ship out orders Monday - Friday (all orders placed after 3:00 pm PST Friday - Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday.)
Tracking Number will be provided to all US address.
Since we are located in remote rural area Express Service (next day) is not available.
Tracking is not available to USPS oversea shipments. USPS will only give confirmation of shipment, not the tracking information once it leaves the US.

Returns Policy:

You may return items within 14 business days of confirmed delivery.
Shipping cost for returns is paid by the buyer.
Items must be post marked no later than 14 business days of delivery date for a FULL REFUND of the item.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
Please contact us ASAP to get return information and RMA number. We will not accept returns without RMA number.

We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed on national holidays. We will not be able to answer any questions during nonworking hours.
