Payments
PayPal
Our preferred payment
method is via a verified PayPal accounts, with a confirmed address. Please note
that paying by echeque through PayPal, can delay your shipment by up to 2 weeks
while the echeque clears through PayPal’s system. You can check the expected
clearance date on your PayPal account.
Postal Order
If you wish to use
this method please message us after you have purchased your item for our Postal
Order address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or
Special delivery.
Postage
We ship to all
destinations worldwide wherever we can, including BFPO post codes, using Royal
Mail or a courier service depending on the weight of the parcel.
All postage quoted is
to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.
For other destinations please contact us for postage costs before
purchasing/paying for your item.
We aim to dispatch
all items same day if the payment is received before 3pm. However if we are really busy we guarantee
that all items will be dispatched within 2 working days of the payment being
received/cleared.
All free postage
options are posted out by Royal Mail Second Class or My Hermes Courier. We also
provide additional postage services, if you require your item quicker.

(if ordered before 3pm)
If you have other
specific postage requirements, or require your item urgently, please contact us
and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
We reserve the right
for large or multiple orders to change the postal service on the free postage
option, for security and insurance purposes
Should you miss a
delivery there will be a re-delivery charge to post it back to you.
Damaged/Faulty Items
If you unfortunately received your
item damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. Please include
a photo with your message, this will speed up the process.
Items Not Received
Once the delivery date has passed for
your items to be delivered, please contact your Royal Mail sorting Office to
see if they tried delivering while you were out. We are finding more & more,
that they are not always leaving a delivery card. We will also check wherever
possible. Please then let us know including your name and confirming the
delivery address, on the order. This will be required before we send out a
replacement, or issue a refund.
Returns
We accept returns
within 30 days from date you received the item. Please send us a message to
inform us of your intention to return, including the item number and the reason
for the return and we will let you know the process and return address. If there is a problem with your item please
contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue
as quickly as we can.
Unwanted/Non-faulty
Items
Returned items must
be “as new”, complete and in the original, undamaged packaging.
We are unable to
accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty goods after the 30 days.
You must arrange the
return of the unwanted items at your own expense and risk.
A full refund will be
made once the goods are received back “as new” and smoke free in the original,
undamaged packaging. Items returned that
do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and you will be charged
for delivery.
