Crossflow technology makes the flow return to pump directly 360 degrees without dead spots create a different type of the flow similar to wave maker. Clockwise the flow as you set mode h: normal flow rate as the speed output w1: wave box function ~ idea for setting a pulse mode for set wave box function w2: normal mode with clockwise 4mins to 99mins w3: normal mode with reef mode feed mode 10mins.

4. Tracking number will provided once we print out the label. Sometime you need wait 24 hours to see the real tracking info.

We ant you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at QPOND. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product your purchased, you may returnit or exchange it within 14 days after you receive your purchase for a prompt refundor credit of the purchase price of the item (does not included shipping fee that you have occurred) Product must bbe in orginal packaging in its entirety.

Electrical Devices must be in its orginal packaging with all included paperwork.

Fish Foods must be unused and sealed.

Return for free shipping items will have the orginal shipping cost and 15% re-stocking fee deducted before the refund is issued.

Return shipping is at customer's expense. No exception!!!

We do require a return authorization number. You must contact us for the RMA number.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and instruction booklets.
Your return package should include the packing slip (or a copy) & RMA copy for your return. (Do not write anything on the box, please write on separate paper.)
Wrap the package securely & mail it to the address we requested (also on your packing slip). For your protection, expensive items should be returned via an insured, trackable carrier.
