• We ship WORLDWIDE.  All orders will be shipped from California, U.S.A.
• Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification and tracking number will be provided.
• We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.   Your PayPal address must match you Shipping address.

• Estimate time delivery in the U.S   :  1 - 5 business days.
• Estimate time delivery international:  8 - 12 business days via USPS Priority Mail International; Varies for items shipped from an international location via USPS First Class Mail International.  (In our experience, packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered.)

International buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, charges, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping and handling.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return the product for a refund/exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment.   Returns that are no postmarked within 30 days will be refused and returned back to "you" the customer.  Sorry, no exception.
• Thirty percent or higher sale items, jewelry, swimwear, and intimate are final sale, no return, no exchange.
• Returns are only accepted in their original condition and please contact us before return. Used items will not be refundable. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke, etc. the item will be denied.
• All returns must be shipped pre-paid. Insurance and freight charges are non-refundable except for damage or wrong item received.
• We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition as it was received, excluding shipping fee. If you purchased your item with free shipping the cost to ship item to you will be deducted from the refund.
• Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund.
